
Being in the top 100 universities is great, but what matters more is that the conditions suit you personally.
Budget. In Germany tuition is free, in the USA it starts at 30 000 $/year, and in the Czech Republic you can find programmes for 5 000 €. Work out honestly how much you are prepared to spend.
Language. English is universal, but in France or Italy life is harder without the local language. If you're not ready to learn French from scratch, choose English-language programmes.
Your goal after graduation. Want to stay and work? Canada and Australia have welcoming immigration policies. In England it's harder. In Switzerland it's almost impossible without a contract.
