Australia is one of the best destinations for studying abroad: high-quality education, the ability to work while you study and genuine prospects for legal migration. In 2026 the rules have changed.
The minimum English score has been raised, financial-proof requirements have grown, and switching from a tourist visa to a student visa is no longer allowed. You may work up to 24 hours per week while studying.
Language courses, university preparation (Foundation), Bachelor's and Master's programmes are all available. The course must hold CRICOS registration. Packaged programmes allow you to obtain a single visa for the entire period of study.
Direct entry to a Bachelor's programme requires IELTS 6.0 (previously 5.5), and Foundation requires 5.5. Medicine and education call for 7.0+. Your school grades must be high, or you will need to complete 1–2 years at a Russian university.
Funds must have been held in the account for at least 6 months. Sudden large deposits raise questions. OSHC medical insurance is mandatory for everyone.
The process: receive an offer from the university, pay the deposit, obtain your CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment), purchase OSHC, and apply for the visa. The visa cannot be issued without a CoE.
You must explain in writing why you chose this course and Australia, and how the studies connect to your background and future career. AI checks the answers for templated phrasing — rehearsed lines do not work.
Begin 12–14 months before the trip. A year out, choose your university and prepare your language. Six months out, open your account. Four to five months out, submit your applications. As soon as you receive the CoE, apply for the visa.
A low IELTS score, sudden deposits into the account, and templated answers in the statement of purpose.
We will select a university and programme for free, help with your letters and Genuine Student statement, review your finances, arrange insurance, submit your visa application, prepare you for the interview, and organise transfer and accommodation.
