Visa Refusal

If the student is refused a visa, we refund your money less the non-refundable application and registration fees (which we warn you about in advance). To do so, you need to provide a copy of the refusal.

Booking Cancellation

If you cancel a prepaid booking and notify us within the timeframes set by the institution's rules (Terms and Conditions), your money is refunded. You can find out about these timeframes when booking your programme.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

If you have taken out insurance in advance, then in the event of a visa refusal or the student being hospitalised before departure, the funds can be recovered through the insurance company.
