Visa Refusal

If you are refused a visa, we refund your money less the non-refundable application and registration fees (which we explain to you in advance). All we need is a copy of the refusal.

Booking Cancellation

If you cancel a prepaid booking and tell us within the deadlines set by the institution's rules (Terms and Conditions), we refund your money. We confirm these deadlines when you book your programme.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

If you take out insurance in advance, you can recover your costs through the insurer should your visa be refused or the student be hospitalised before departure.
