How We Work

Step 1. Choosing a programme

You can find a course yourself in the catalogue on our website (filtering by country, language and type of study: from language camps to Master's programmes), or request a free consultation with our specialists. We're available at our offices, by phone, Skype and email.

Step 2. Signing the contract and paying a deposit

The contract sets out the full list of services. The cost of tuition equals the institution's price — with no mark-ups. Additional Edunation services are paid for separately (the price list is on our website). You can pay the deposit in cash, online or by bank transfer.

Step 3. Booking your place

Our specialists complete the application form based on your documents and send it to the institution. Once the places are confirmed and the offer is received, we secure the booking. If your chosen programme isn't available, we'll find an equivalent alternative. You then pay the full course fee.

Step 4. Preparing your visa

Edunation provides visa support: consultations, help with preparing documents and courier delivery to the embassy. If your personal attendance is required (interview, biometrics), we'll book a convenient time and prepare you for the appointment.

Step 5. Buying tickets

We help you find good-value flight options. Tickets are usually booked after the visa is granted, but in some countries — before the documents are submitted.

Step 6. Collecting your documents before departure

You collect the full set of documents at the Edunation office or by another method. We also provide round-the-clock emergency contact numbers. In addition, our managers will suggest accommodation and leisure options in your country of study and answer any questions.
